For those of you that are not familiar with Marblehead this is a very old town with many buildings dating back to the 16th and 17th century. There is also an old fort within a short distance of the restaurant, it is wonderful to see the old historic buildings in the area.
One suggestion I would have is going to Marblehead during the week would be easier for parking, some streets have resident parking only and the streets are narrow, you should be able to find a parking place if you do not mind a 5 or 10 minute walk. There are two public parking places but they do fill up fast. The harbor is absolutely beautiful !!! with hundreds of boats in the harbor.
I would like to repeat this is the place to go for a fantastic meal. The staff is very friendly, our server Amelia was very attentive and the food was served withing 15 or 20 minutes after we were seated.
If you would like to eat on the deck I suggest reservations as it is very popular, maybe a day or two in advance.
I spoke with the manager (Robert Simonelli) about the restaurant history and he was very helpful. From 1 to 10 I have to give this restaurant a 10 !!! For more information go to: thelandingrestaurant.com
